Feel like you would love to trust yourself more in your art?

Psst! You don’t have to be the photographer people expect you to be.

Come spend a day with us, and learn to trust and gather inspiration from your inner artist. How to explore outside the box, how to slow down your mind and be in presence with what is in front of you. Learn how to go inward to connect with yourself, your heart and your soul’s eye at this workshop.

LIMITED SEATS AVAILABLE!

Have you been wanting to connect deeper and commit to the art you “actually” want to make? Are you seeking more confidence in your ability to make meaningful art? Are you craving creative freedom and expression and how to keep your love for photography alive, without dreading the business aspect? Have you been wondering how to blend what you see in your soul and the stories of the clients you meet? Are you aching to harness a sense of presence during your sessions, instead of stressing over posing guides ahead of time?

Are you curious about all the back end magic? Session prep, client communication, setting boundaries and expectations to avoid burning out. Shooting big families, keeping busy children engaged, dealing with “difficult” dads…we’ll dive into all of this.

We will gather in discussion; we will sit heart to heart and share openly. There will be opportunities to watch and shoot alongside each of us, ask questions and immerse yourselves in our inspirations and creative energies.

BROGAN BENTLEY

'm a mom to three wildlings and wife to my husband Ryan. Together, we live in the beautiful Annapolis Valley and I spend my free time outside hiking, reading a good book, playing games with my family or binge watching our latest Netflix obsession. I have been a photographer for 10 years now, getting my start with equine photography. I have worked with brands such as Country Liberty, Sueno Swimwear and Moby wraps and I was voted Best Photographer for The Grapevine's 2021 Best of the Bunch. I have also been published on the cover of The Grapevine, on the Click Community and Looks Like Film blog, The Photographer Chronicles magazine and more. My main focus now is to create photos for families who want more than your traditional portraits. I photograph my maternity, newborn and family clients in an emotive and truly authentic way.
